SHIPPING POLICY We ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority. For additional charges, we can use Federal Express or UPS. The final amount including shipping costs will be reflected in your final billing statement.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We ship to all 50 states, US territories, Internationally, and APO/FPO addresses. AE APO, AA APO, AP APO & FP FPO shipping is calculated at "Check Out" not in cart.

We reserve the right to choose our clientele associations.

RETURN POLICY If there is a problem with your order, please feel free to call us at 512-666-5295 and we will resolve any issues.

Custom Engraved Gunmetal/Stainless Steel items cannot be returned except when due to defect. Once placed, your order for these items cannot be cancelled.

Once engraved a product cannot be returned unless there is an error in script (not matching instructions sent) or a product design flaw. All our gunmetal and stainless steel products are of the highest quality and incredibly well made. Should you not be certain of it make or size and would like to order a "blank" sample to inspect before you order engraving we can facilitate that for you. We want you to be happy with your product. We also advise that spelling and character capitalization be correct when submitting an order as what is received is what will be engraved. We will follow up if we are unclear of your instructions. Please note these bands are adjustable. It has the same design as many watches, with the pin that can be removed and placed into the better fitting pin-hole. We do recommend you take it to a jeweler for this process if you are not familiar with doing this yourself.
