Melissa:  Designer, COO, VP of Marketing/Branding & Business Partner

Melissa, is our  fashionista.  A creative designer with an amazing eye for trends, many of Melissa's designs are our top sellers!  Melissa is alumn of the famous Paul Mitchell Academy and is also a freelance make-up artist.  

With years of financial and insurance firm operations, her business experience lends much to our company.   

Marsha

Designer, VP of Quality Control, Business Partner.  

Marsha is a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.  But she's not just any NP, she's the one with the most sparkle!  Her designs heal the dull!  She scrutinizes all proposed materials and ensures all designs are of the utmost quality.   

Dora

Designer, CFO,  Business Partner, VP of Licensing and Retail/Supplier Liason. 

Dora is business end administrator of DBC.  With over a decade of financial planning, insurance and accounting she manages DBC's business affairs.   

Vivienne,

Our aspiring future CEO.  Vivi is Dora's daughter and our first little Cootie-girl.  She's Mommy's sparkler, and Daddy's little girl.
